This freeview would include ALL the premium channels at once such as (HBO, Cinemax, Show Time, The Movie Channel & Encore) and the local regional sports channels such as the local Fox Sports Channels and Comcast Sports Net which are channels 601 - 698 would be included.

This is just the periodic "here are all the movie channels you aren't getting regularly so you can see what you are missing and decide to upgrade" bit that all TV providers do occasionally.
