I'm using the "Change Tracker" to track my players ratings. I notice my LT has a +11 for current and a -6 for future. What does this actually mean having a -6? Does it mean, next season my player is going to start to slide in ratings? He's in his 3rd year after this season.

It probably means he is unmasking and you are learning more about his actual true future potential as he develops. It just means he may not end up as good as you thought he might, but the +11 current means he's getting closer to whatever that final potential is.
If both slide a bunch, it's either aging or injury.

Also for clarification since I am confused by, "Does it mean, next season my player is going to start to slide in ratings?"
The ratings are based off of the current ratings as compared to a previous collection of ratings.
So when you collected ratings in 2004 and your left tackle was 20/50 and then you collected ratings in 2005 and your left tackle was 31/44. That would account for the +11/-6 that change tracker is displaying, not a prognostication of a future slide.
Of course, if I misinterpreted the question, please disregard. :)
