Thanks Lorena!
I am 2500 miles away from my kids but we did get to video chat. Hopefully next year I will have them out here with me and can celebrate in style. :)

Thanks! Had an enjoyable first father's day. Wife let me sleep in, then we went for coffee (the little guy was well-behaved all day). Did some stuff around the house, and then did steaks on the grill for us and the in-laws.

Thanks, Lorena. The wife was sweet enough to get me some cards and a t-shirt (http://t-shirts.cafepress.com/item/daddy-in-training-fitted-tshirt/61241816) even thought I'm not officially a dad yet... :)
Then I had to go to work... :(

Thanks!
My first father's day was pretty busy. The wife was running in a half marathon (I was supposed to as well but am out of commission at the moment-- disappointing). So we all had to get up at 4:00am and be on the road by 5:15... it was pretty funny to see the baby trying to understand why he was up so early!
After the marathon was over we came home and I opened my father's day gift, which is a pressure washer! Very cool.
Then we had a birthday dinner to attend in the evening. By about 8:00pm my wife could hardly move and all of us were pretty exhausted. Great day!
