Tomorrow morning, 9:25 a.m.
I board the train to Cannes and change trains to Grasse. At 12:54 pm, I will set foot in the holy city of perfume.
Grasse, France. One of the biggest reasons why I chose Marseille as one of the cities on this month-long tour.
A 20 minute tour of the Molinard or Galimard perfumery and a 2 hour workshop on perfume making at whichever one I attend are musts on my list and if I have time, I'll visit the Musee International de la Parfumerie aka the International Perfumery Museum.
And yes, when I attend a workshop, I -will- be making my own perfume. I just hope they let me in with a notebook so I can copy down the formula I produce to try and replicate it when I get back home. :D
