WhatIfSports' Hoop Dynasty or Outside the Park Baseball X?

I don't know what to get, WhatIfSports' Hoop Dynasty or Outside the Park Baseball X. If any of you guys know these games, they are sim games. I was thinking about getting OOTP X but not sure if it's worth $40. Whatifsports Hoops Dynasty costs $4.50. Like I said, if you guys know anything about either game, please post or PM me. Any help and advice would be appreciated.

If one is $40 and the other is $4.50, why is there even a debate between them? Get 'em both, rationalize it as $22.50 average cost.
