So I have a rule in my league about being only able to resign players if in their final year of a contract and I had a member break this rule and wanted to do something as a penalty but the lack of commish abilities in this game gives me the lack of things to do to them. Is there a way I can access a file or something to add to their cap for the season or something without having to use the penalty of releasing the player for something they weren't suppose to do. I just need options of what I can do for something like this. Any suggestions are welcome

1. Just release the player.
2. Sign a FA to a bonus the size of the penalty you want to assess him. Then cut said FA.
3. Penalize the owner/team draft picks.
