I think that it would also be cool to have 9 contests and have all of the 2nd place contestants from each season have a survivor contest in order to determine who gets a "wild card" entry into the finals. But I'm not doing all of the work here.

Tyra seems to have a lot of pictures like that :) The Klum and Smith pictures are pretty darned good too (I know there must be better pictures of Liz out there).

Not sure what everyone has against Heidi (though I'm still going to vote for her this round). I heard a comment about her without makeup, but I remember seeing something on TV about Tyra without makeup. I think it was something where they (she was involved) were saying how even supermodels were regular people or some crap like that. There was a difference, but hey, she was still Tyra.
