This is somewhat of a vent and sounding-board post about my current "side-jobs" situation. I seem to have 2 promising jobs I can work on. One I enjoy more than the other, but I don't mind the other for the added side income and job-related skill building experience. I don't think I have to choose between them, but I do have to manage my limited outside-of-work "free" time.

{blah blah blah}

LOL I removed all that after typing in a book's worth of thoughts b/c you guys don't want to hear all that. I feel better having typed it to myself though. :)

Short version: I'll keep expanding the job I like and keep the other work-like job to a per-project basis. i guess side jobs are a balancing act, and you have to be careful that you don't commit to too much.

Just out of curiosity, what is your side job? Are you a bounty hunter like Pumpy?

"You like that? You shouldn't...cause that's MY side boob."

You should have your own TV network.

YouTube - FAMILY GUY - SIDE BOOB HOUR (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JoDG5U5Wo6M)

Luckily I just started watching some Family Guy and caught that episode or I'd have no clue.

My side jobs:
1) Web design - I work in network security with a background in programming and web design is something I do to work on developing some other skills. But it feels too much like being at work so I want to limit this to short projects.
2) Cycling coach - Currently have 1 athlete who's shown great improvement this season. Looking to start my own website and take on 3-4 more athletes next season.
