Except here in Baltimore, where we have college lacrosse.

Ahh, good eye GoldenEagle, saved me from sitting through anymore of Leeds mauling of Charlton.

Man, I'm really going to try to get into the MLS this year, I haven't been able to succeed at that before.

The level play has made huge jumps from two seasons ago. I am truly amazed when I watched the first half and compared it to 2001. 2002 was better and 2003 should be by far the most exciting year, as far as level of play goes. The Galaxy look extremly unfit, but that could do with the weather. The technincal abillity of players is off, but again its 37 degrees outside.

Kyle Martino and Edson Buddle have had very good half and I think they are brilliant young players who will be bright spots in the MLS for years to come.

I'll definitely give it a go, to be honest the last time I really sat down in watched it was I believe '99 or so, when the rules were all fugged up, it seems like they've changed that.

Anyway, can't expect it to keep getting better if we don't support, so this is my community service. :)

I'm with you on that. I'm making a concerted effort to follow the league this year. Heck if I can get up at 8am on Saturdays to watch the EPL, I ought to be able to watch a few more MLS games.

Dola

It's kind of silly, but I actually rely on CM to help me 'get to know' the players in the league.

moriarty, not silly at all, well I hope not at least, because I do it as well. Hell, I just started up a new game playing as Rochester to get me in the swing of the American leagues, to get off topic a minute, sorry...is it ok to play 2nd division? I'm guessing that they don't have a draft and such, so I should be safe, not sure though.

I think I might even be more sad, I got up at 6 a.m this morning to watch Man U play Liverpool, what a waste of sleep that was.

I have to quickly come up with a MLS team to fanatically follow, oh the decisions. :D

I follow MLS but I really dont have a fav. team. I just like to watch the games. The quality of play has improved by leaps and bounds.

I went to the game and had a great time but it was absolutely freezing. I need to get to more MLS games this year.
