Download the historical rosters and draft files in the Reference Thread.

What I'd do is extract the roster files into one folder (Like FOFHistoricalRosters) and the draft files into another folder like (FOFHistoricalDraftFiles)

Then start up a game using Alternate Roster File or whatever the option is and select the 1980 file from your historical rosters folder.
