Blackberry problem (email links not working...again)

Over a month ago now, I updated my Blackberry to the latest firmware or whatever it is called. This was supposed to take care of the problem with links in emails which ran longer than 1 line on my phone's screen not working when clicked. It worked, for a while at least, but now is not again. Because the link is so long, say an email notifying me of a replied post on this forum, it does not allow me to click the link.

Very frustrating! Whenever I call Sprint it's the usual nonsense of "is your phone turned on? Is it your phone? Does it have buttons which work?"

Searching through some bberry help forums, the only answer given seems to be to reboot your device by removing the battery and putting it back in. Hope it works for you.
