XP question/ help needed

trying to delete a user profile.

As far as I know I go to system/ advanced/ user profiles/ settings.

The problem is when I hit settings the hourglass just hangs there and I eventually get a not responding.

Last time I let it go about 15-20 minutes and still nothing. Anyone know if it usually takes this long or if there is another way to delete a profile?

if it's the only admin account you won't be able to delete it though. you'll have to make a new admin account first
