Saddam's cousin, a major part of his inner circle, and one of Saddam's most ruthless henchman has been found dead. As we knew, bodyguard already found. They also found the body of head of Iraqi's intel services or something like that.

But in the case of Ali ... that's one down.

I tell you this news coverage tonight is simply surreal ...

-- the palace takeover
-- the blowing up of Saddam on a horse statue (that was really cool to watch)
-- Baghdad Bob spouting his mouth in denial
-- tanks on Iraq's National Parade Grounds

Actually the palace thing was awesome. Troops said the hot water was running in the palace and the faucets were made out of gold. They said they planned to take a shower in Saddam's bathroom. Hell yeah!!! Remember to make use of the toilet too. Woohoo!!!

"surreal"

That's the word I was looking for. Thanks.

I actually found myself smiling at times.

a desperate blow to the Chemical Brothers, i wonder if the other member will carry on, much like the Righteous Brothers did after one of their members died.

Maybe you were thinking of Jan & Dean and ol' Deadman's Curve.

I'll be happy not to have to hear the name Chemical Ali anymore. That's possibly the worst nickname I've ever heard. Now Anthrax Ali would be a good nickname or even ChemicAli would have been better.

Yeah, if there was some guy named Charlie, then HE should have been Chemical Charlie. Anthrax Ali sounds much better. These people need to take an advanced English course - alliteration is where it's at!

man, he had a great name. he belongs in a comic book. Spider Man versus Chemical Ali.

they even have a guy over there named "Violator of Women's Honor", whose sole duty was to rape Iraqi women. i love it. all they need is Lex Luthor and the Scarecrow and they'd have the Legion of Doom.

"...and that's '<i>Chemical</i> Ali' - I didn't go through 4 years of chemistry school just to be called 'Ali'."

i love it. where's Hollywood when you need it? lol
