Change Team Names/City Affiliations

I play single player, for the time being at least. I've played with historical rosters up until now but to add a little diversity I decided to create a league with fantasy teams.

I changed the cities and nicknames, started with random players and a full draft and was merryily plodding along, enjoying myself and getting to a 10-2 record before I decided to save and switch off, only to realise that the 3 or 4 other saves with historical teams had been changed also.

Now I know I'm probably doing something wrong and need to set something up in the universe file? Aren't I?

Or is this the way it is and i'll have to constantly keep switching the cities and teams depending which save I want to play? :confused:

sounds like you need a batch file set up for each league. Batch files will allow you to open cities and logos for one league at a time. I will post a link to my mp league with a thread about setting up batch files. just remember when you copy the code for the batch file to switch the league initials from flfl to whatever your league initials are.

I followed the instructions, created a batch file and it appears to be working. ;)
