Wondering if anyone has given thought to starting a league just for past league champions? I have seen way to many leagues with high turnover rates or team imbalances because of computer control or just bad managment. Is it possible to have one league of dedicated owners, who know what they are doing, that don't quit and don't throw temper tantrums when something doesn't go their way? Is it possible? Probably not, but it might be interesting to see if we can.

I think maybe if someone could capture out the rosters from the championship seasons, and then combine them all into one league(maybe this is possible?) you could do a pretty cool season of head to head championship teams.
But not like a long term league or anything.
Take 8 good leagues. Have the 4 best championship teams from each league in a division.

I once thought it would be cool to do that in OOTP or FOF, MicroLeague style* (pitting the '27 Yankees against the Big Red Machine, etc). Without any sort of team import/export option though, forget it.
* one thing I always liked about MicroLeague was that you could have various season disks and grab teams from them to play with any combo of teams outside of a league construct. Different teams from different "universes", if you will. I guess in a career sim that's tougher to code.

If you're bringing over rosters, you do need to seperate teams based on 'historical draft files' and leagues based on the in-game draft system. Those two types of leagues are different in talent breakdown.
