As much as I want to see (or not see as the case may be) Saddam, it might be difficult to verify if he was in fact in the building that was bombed. Rest assured, if he was, he isn't anymore (or is beyond caring).

Fox News reported that there is a subway tunnel underneath the area where Saddam was said to be. Curse that bastard if he escaped again.

Now you sound like you think he may have escaped. Which is it, are the Brits full of sh#$ or could it be possible that he escaped.

Hell, do we even know if it's him anymore or just a body double.

If I was one of the people in his inner circle and he was killed, there would be no way that I would let that information come out. His body double would now be a puppet leader letting me call the shots. If the news of his death were to come out, his inner circle would seriously be in trouble of retribution from the Iraqi people for how they have been treated. I've heard there may be up to 8 body doubles, that would buy extra time to find some way to Syria.

Problem is the body doubles don't sound like Saddam and it's believed most people would figure out a fake by the voice.

If Saddam is in Syria though, than Bashir Assad has a big problem. Turn him over or else.

I would love to give Blair a nice deal on a small hole at the bottom of the Atlantic ocean - he is near the top of my list of most slimely scumbags still taking up air someone could be productivly using list :D
