Cinci, Boise St, TCU all undefeated
Albamam over Florida, Texas loses
Alabama vs Florida in BCS title game?
Is this the worst case scenario for the BCS (and the best case scenario for those of us who want a playoff)?

In that case I bet Cincy or TCU jump Texas and Florida.

I'm pretty much convinced that there will never be a playoff in D1 football. I don't even bother thinking about the possibility anymore.

If 'Bama wins and it's not a blowout then I'm not so sure...

If TCU gets into the title game it's a win for the BCS as it can point out that it's system does give teams from the non-BCS conferences a shot at the title.
As I've said many times, the best case scenario for people who want a playoff is terrible ratings and the games not selling out. Nothing on the field will change the BCS. No idea why this stuff is brought up every year.

I wouldn't put too much stock in Texas losing. They are for real and Nebraska has zero offense. Texas vs Fla/Ala is a lock.

Well that discussion is pretty much done. Unless of course Tebow somehow brings Florida back and if that happened I think I would be allright with a rematch.

Florida is done, their defense is lifeless and showing no heart at all right now.
Not that I'm complaining.

Only reason I could have seen it is if Florida had beaten Alabama in a really close game. Followed by Texas losing.

How is that any more "BCS Armageddon" than 2003 where there were 3 equal 1 loss teams? Or 2005 when 0 loss Auburn was left out as 0 loss USC and Oklahoma played? Or how about each of the last 3 years where there was a beauty contest to pick a 1 loss team (hell, 2007 had 2 loss LSU win it).
