Aye indeed, a different person. Had he consulted me, I would've told him "dude, pick a different name." But he created it before I knew. It'd only be an issue if he ventured into these parts.

Crap. These have slipped my mind. Probably haven't moderated these since before Thanksgiving. 250 new members. No way I'm going through all of those. Just did a query keyword check and deleted the most egregious. (Sorry, "GayFuckLiveChat," your membership didn't make it through.) Point being, I'm sure some spam accounts got through. Report the posts, and I'll take care of 'em.

You might want to tell people to use account names that look more like human ones, or perhaps ones that end with _ootp or something. I'm getting something like 15-20 spam accounts per day, so unless I see something that stands out as "aha...that looks like a human", I just "delete all."

They usually create them before I have any idea what they're gonna choose. You know, newbs and all. I can't control the rookies. But I'll mention it in the future, so they know...
