Hey guys and girls. I am a happy new Uncle and have a bunch of photos on my camera that i need to get to the happy parents. I would like to be able to upload them to a site from my camera so the parents could go there and download the pictures. What is the easiest way to do this?

Flickr? Assuming you have fewer than 200 pictures.

Does this allow people to go in and download the photos?

facebook does as long as you are friends. We got my wife's Aunt and Uncle a digital picture frame for xmas and I just went to all her kids facebook albums and downloaded pictures from those for it.

Highly suggest Picasa, you can manage it all from your computer and then upload them to the Picasa web albums.

Be careful if you use Facebook to store you picture if you think that people might want to download them to print them out. When uploaded to Facebook, it's been my experience that their uploader resizes the pictures to a max size of 604 pixels high by 457 pixels wide. Unless there's a way to retrieve the picture in original size, if so please someone enlighten me. Anyway, that kind of size is okay to display on a monitor, although it already makes it tough to use the picture as a desktop wallpaper, but it will not be okay to print, even not at 4x6 inches size.

You can upload any size to Picasa web though and while it shows up at screen resolution, if downloaded, it will be at the original size.
