When my girlfriend brings her laptop to my house as soon as she turns it on and it goes to connect to the wireless network it loses connection on all my computers and I have to restart the router, if I hook her computer up to a wired line we have no issues- just when its wireless.
Her computer is running Vista, as is my laptop- while my roommates laptop runs XP. If I go to her apartment we can both use her network- and when she is not here we typically have 2 computers, 2 iphones, and a couple other wireless devices that run with no problems.
She also told me that she has never been able to successfully connect to a wireless network outside of her apartment, my not so great computer skills tell me there is something wrong in her settings that must be messing it up- i've been given the task of fixing this, any help?
