Hey all, I've got a question about getting job offers in TCY. I've been killing it in the Solecismic 8, and for the last 3-4 years, have received a good 10-15 job offers each year. However, none of them have been from another Solecismic 8 team. Now, I remember that part of the reason the Solecismic 8 exists is so that you always have a guaranteed job if you get fired. Could it be that if you're already in it, you don't get offers from other Solecismic 8 schools?
