Copy of draft utility before drop and drag priority list

I thought I might be a better response if I make a new thread.

I'm trying to get hold of a copy of conscriptor of a version before the priority list was changed to drag and drop. Several of my GMs are having their IE crash when they use it but I stupidly deleted my old version when I upgraded.

If you could email it to me that would be great.

Ah, I just updated to the newest version for our upcoming draft but didn't know anything about this. So I would appreciate it too.

If I want to roll it back, do I just need to replace the files, or is it required to redo the database?

Shouldn't have to do anything to the DB, I think the only changes I've made is adding columns to tables, none have been removed. Of course if you're starting a new draft you might just re-run the installer to get a fresh copy of the db.
