Okay guys here is the setup info i have so far. If you are interested shoot me a PM with your email address so that i can send invites. There will be a $10 entry fee. I have not figured a draft date yet but I was looking at Saturday night April 3rd. I will figure out the payout and how to handle payment this week.

Joined. It's been a while since I did NL only. What are the rules for when an NL player is traded to the AL?

Danny one of the leagues i am in says that you lose that player but get back the money you spent on him at the auction to use in your free agent budget and the other league i am in says that you get to hang on to him but cannot trade him. Once we have the league full we will have to determine what everyone wants.

$10 tarcone not $100. The payouts i am thinking will be 60%, 25% and 15%. This is if we get a full 12. If not the payouts could change.

No the $100 is your free agent budget during the year. You can also bid $0 for free agents as well. You budget for acquiring players during the draft will be $260.

As for the draft date i am currently leaning towards 3/28 at 5pm CST. Please let me know if this just will not work for anyone. We now have 10 owners so if that is all we can get then we are set.

Okay if everyone would head over and vote on the ESPN site on the draft date i would appreciate it. This way we can get the date set asap. Currently we have 3/28 at 5pm or one day during the week 3/29-4/2. I would like to get the date wrapped up today so that if someone just cannot make it we can get a replacement. I know it will be hard to accommodate everyone but we will try our best.

Okay kids after going through all of the responses it looks like the best consensus we can come up with is 4/3 at 6pm. Hopefully that works for most everyone. I am sorry if it has not and realize for next year I will set the date in advance so that everyone knows upfront. If the time needs to be pushed back that is fine as I am around all night.

Okay just a quick update on the draft time. We are going to push it back to 7pm CST unless that is a huge issue. I sent everyone an email with the Paypal info for your $10 payment. Please try to take care of this prior to the draft. I would hate someone to back out because they do not like their team.

The team name is Team Wilson and with all of the people I invited I do not remember who this was. So we need another owner asap. Hey guys i have not heard anything back from the two owners that did not make the draft and I am assuming based on their roster moves that they in fact have bailed. I have an owner that will take over one of the teams, he is not picky but wasn't sure if you knew anyone that might be interested. Please let me know if you do. If we do not fill the 10th team I was thinking to make things fair that we should just leave the players on the team all year. Please let me know what you think. If I do not hear back from the other owners this week then I will replace them this weekend with the owner I know and anyone else that is interested. Heck one of the teams is kicking my butt and the other is right behind me.

Looks like Mustang will be taking over Turnin Two if I do not hear back from the owner by tomorrow morning. If someone else on the boards want the Wildcards team you can have them. I was going to have my son take over the other team but would prefer someone else if possible. Theres a couple spots I can move up, but it's unlikely I will move from 4th place the rest of the way - unless I totally tank it, haha. After being stuck in 6th - 7th for most of the first half, I like how my team has come together. Just too much of a gap to make up.
