Intercepted Iraqi communications say that Saddam is dead

I heard on Fox News (yeah, I know...) that the majority of the intercepted Iraqi transmissions over the past couple of days have had to do with Saddam being dead.

So, the question is...

Is Saddam dead?

or...

Are they trying to trick us?

Fox is far from the only ones reporting this. This is one of those little Pentagon leaks. May be true.
