I was wondering (and I'm sorry if this has come up before) if anyone has ever played a game is this manner:
Create an MP game file, but with everyone working on the same team. One person would take the role of OC, one the role of DC, one the head coach, one GM, one person could work the draft, etc., or any other possibility one could come up with.
It might be interesting. Has anyone ever played this way? Is it even possible? Any thoughts or anyone interested in playing a game this way?

There have been some Dynasties built around this concept.

If you do a search of these forums for the key word: GroupThink, you will come up with a substantial list of effort like this. I have fond memories.

I like this idea.
One we did years ago was to have rotating GMs, where each person took over the team for one season, then passed it on to the next. It was fascinating how differently we each ran the same franchise...

Well, if anyone's interested, feel free to PM me, or reply here. I've never been in an MP league before, so working with the files may be slow at first, but will hopefully get quicker with more experience.
I've got a young family, so time is an issue, but if you're OK with moving relatively slowly, drop me a line.
Once we have a set number of people we can assign roles, and I like the rotation idea for assignments. Could be pretty fun!
I even suppose if there's enough interest, we could make up two human teams, or even an entire division so we could compete against each other. Wishful thinking maybe ...
