Doh, forgot to give the information.

Game starts at 7. There is a block party starting at 5 outside the stadium.

Phillies last preseason game going on today and the Sixers are also playing but their 5 fans should be cleared out in the next few minutes. The Phillies fans may be leaving around 4 so it may be a little crowded in the area until around 5.
