actually, at some point I'd like to start a discussion on the catholic faith compared to the catholic church, and recent events.. but considering my thoughts are likely to ignite a flame war (short version: The church is dealing itself a deep, possibly mortal wound with the abuse issues and how they are (mis)handling it).. best not to go there.

Might pick it up in a few days.. or whenever the next time the Catholic Church picks up the footgun and takes aim.

You should start it up next week. If this was a Superintendent shuffling pedophile teachers from one school to another we'd have a thread on it.
