Just made 2 quiche for the brunch we are attending.

Broccoli and cheddar and Swiss and Onion. I was going to do ham and swiss but there is going to be a ham there so I thought it may be overkill.

Ok, now I'm hungry and my first ham ever isn't finished until 2. :(

I'm a little nervous since this is our first time hosting Easter.. my mother in law passed away 6 months ago and I've been given the task of cooking the ham. Tried a recipie I received from a friend where you put one can of 7 up in the roaster and then take one can of pineapple rings, reserve the rings until later and then mix the juice with brown suger and pour all over the ham.
