TCY Playoff System

Hi,

I'm not able to access my TCY Help File, can someone explain to me how the 24 teams are chosen for the TCY Playoff System?

I'm going solely from memory, but I think it's the 16(?) conference champions and 8 at-large teams. Or some permutation of conference champs and at-large teams selected by a ranking system.
