News on 7 POW's soon

Tommy Franks office has released a statement saying that news on seven POW's will be released in the next twelve hours. There are early reports that 5 or 6 have been found. It possible that have actually found them all, or that they found some and have a lead on others.

CNN: 6 Americans have been found, they were listed earlier as MIA. These are not the POW's listed earlier, but those whom we had no idea. This is not confirmed. The fact that their are six seems firm.

Fox: At least 6 POW's recovered by the 3 LAR on the way to Trikit.

Iraqi soldiers whose officers had deserted decide to take them to the Americans. They escorted the soldiers from a town south of Trikit. The report now is seven. Two have gunshot wounds.
