Need quick Excel help if possible

I have an assignment with a scatter graph already included. How do I plot the marks I need to add inside the graph?

Shouldn't there be data that corresponds with what's currently showing on the graph? You'd want to add to that data I'd think. Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about though. Don't do graphs that often.
