Draft Conscripter

Just trying to figure out the newest Conscriptor version. In the older versions it actually had a box to input the ranking you wanted manually. Now it says to drag and drog within the Active list and also from Active to Inactive.

However, I am not having any luck with the drag and drop option...

Any input or suggestions on how to make this work right?
