I've got a RB in a league, and for the life of me, I can't get this guy to gain experience...I've never seen a player that gets to his 4th year in the league, with extensive play time, not gain pretty much ANYTHING. He was drafted at 41/60. He's now 45/64. Here's his Player info:

As you can see, it's not like he's just stagnant, and almost fully developed, and just not gaining. It LOOKS like he's still got room to grow as far as experience is concerned...just not moving.
Here are his stats for his career:

What should I take from this? I've not seen this before, and I don't have a great deal of experience with FOF, but this just makes no sense!

Mentors and coordinators accounted for? That leaves dice rolls.

He's had a RB mentor for 2 of his 4 seasons in the league.
My O Coordinator for his entire stay on my team(Buffalo), is 'very good' with RB's.

i had a rb do this for almost 5 years. he was a backup and got lots of playing time but never really fully developed like yours. he always had green bars and developed around 50%.
my guess says your rb is really 45/45 and those green bars arent real

Any other thoughts? :)

I had a CB do something similar recently. He stayed at 37/54 for about 2 1/2 seasons before he became 37/37, so my guess is your RB is just a 45/45 guy and that green potential will just vanish.

Stokes i would have to agree with the others. This kid is probably already maxxed out and his bars are just a pretty looking dream right now.

That's quite saddening....The upside is he went for about 1,300 yards this season, so at least he's a good performer at that 45 rating.
Thanks for all the input gentlemen(and BHR)

Interested to see in a couple more seasons what those bars do. Let us know.

Update....it is now the offseason, and he's got the same experience gained bar, as he did in the above pictures, except he's now a 45/45.
All of the green bars just went away, and he's got all of the 'current' values as his final values for his ratings.
The only saving grace is he rushed for 1,386 yards this season. It's going to be interesting if he ever gets to red at his position.
