I am very new to this specific text sim and have done hours of looking around and have found nothing. I was wondering if anybody knows where I can find a download that updates the teams for the upcoming 2010 season so that I can start from that.

Doesn't look like anyone has created such a file.

For what it's worth, the strong suit of FOF is as a "fictional sim" rather than a "sim the NFL game" in most people's view. Enjoy.
