Ok, my brother pointed me to this site today.

I'm not one to push energy savings on others, but I view this kinds of websites as almost a fun game to play.

Hard to fully explain, but here's a blurb from a wiki page:

EarthAid[10] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emissions_Reduction_Currency_System#cite_note-9) uses specialised software that publishes utility bills from companies in an online format that participants can share with family and friends. Reduced energy consumption earns reward points (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loyalty_programs) that can be redeemed for prizes at businesses in the EarthAid rewards network.[11] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emissions_Reduction_Currency_System#cite_note-10)

Essentially, you put in your logins for the websites for your utility companies, it tracks your usage, and somehow based on that gets you "points". These points can then be used to redeem coupons, gift certificates, etc.

I just signed up today so I have no points, but I know LS does.

There also appear to be contests for "Groups" so I'll set up an FOFC group.

I don't know what benefit the referral has, but if you're willing to give me a referral it is:

If you just want to check it out but not give me the referral, it is http://ww.earthaid.net.

So I guess this link gets me a referral and automatically puts you in the FOFC group: http://www.earthaid.net/referral_friend/8222/66 (http://www.earthaid.net/referral_friend/8222/66)
