I've had a bodog account forever. I always read the horror stories online about people not getting paid. Also it seems like to fund with a CC ends up with huge fees...

The problem these days is you are going to likely have a big fee anywhere thanks to government crackdowns.

Yes. It does look like some other establishments have many more options to deposit/withdraw. I don't know anything about things like Neteller or some of the others that was what I was hoping someone would know about.
