FOFC Biggest Loser Challenge?

So, I dunno how many of you check the dynasty area, but I've been posting about how lurker and I are in a "biggest loser" challenge on another board (Passacaglia vs. lurker: A weight-loss dynasty - Front Office Football Central (http://www.operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?p=2340373)). It's pretty cool so far, and I think it'd be fun to do one here. You don't have to have seen the show to play -- the basic idea is that you take a group of people, and we all lose weight, with someone getting eliminated each week.

I could be interested...yeah. But the question then is (assuming we're doing this because we all ya know...want to lose weight)...how do you keep those who were "eliminated" from falling off the wagon and going back to gaining weight?

Well, this can't be expected to motivate people who aren't doing it anymore. I'm open for ideas -- maybe something like a consolation bracket, or some way to get yourself back into the challenge if you're eliminated. If people can think of something, that'd be great, but the thing has to end at some point, and for that to happen, people will need to be eliminated.
