Fantasy Football: Week 1 Advice Needed

PPR league and I need to decide who to start as my FLEX...Harvin or Hightower?

Hightower has had his best games against the Rams (duh, who hasn't?) while Harvin should get a few more looks with Rice out but against a much better team. Could tomorrow's game turn into a shootout and therefore make Harvin an easy start?

For me, In week 1, you go with what you know and don't worry about matchups. Harvin is the #1 WR in a game while Hightower is the 'starter' so, does that mean he will get 20 touches or 10?

Harvin also returns kicks, right? The Saints special teams looked horrible in coverage in the preseason. Might get a cheap six points that way with him.
