coordinators in solo play

Hi if i assemble a team of players who fit a style i want to play will rex alter the game strategy to fit the styles of player/

for example if a recruit RBs who are power inside players will rex alter the type of runs to predominatly inside runs rather than outside.

same with QBs if i employ a short passing QB will that be the main type of play.

I ask as i want to be the general manger and recruit players etc and leave gameplanning to the coaches but does this happen. i have a style of player for each position but will rex gameplay for this?

I don't 'think' so.

I've always been under the impression it is more like the NFL, where a coach will come with his own tenancies and he and the GM work together to try to find personnel to work within that.
