i just purchased logmein for the ipad and i can now play FOF on my ipad. This is awesome.

basically I can just set up a drone PC at my house, install this, and then I can play FOF or OOTP remotely? Sounds like a winner, sort of makes me wish I had bought the 3g version.

You have to download a file from the logmein website, then yes you can log into your computer remotely. I read somewhere that ootp plays very well doing this. Playing FOF plays very well. Watching the solecmicvision or whatever it is called is very responsive. It is like playing on your computer, which you are, but looks very good on the ipad.

You can run directly on a windows tablet that uses full windows.

I recently purchased an HP Stream 7 for £75. Runs full windows meaning you can just download and install like you would on a PC. FOF 7 is a great pick up and play game. Perfect for travelling.

But can you actually read anything on a 7" tablet? The fonts in FOF are so small to begin with, I would think you'd need a magnifying glass to play it.

It's not ideal, but it is workable. Would fully recommend using a stylus. Only issue I've had is on a list (of players for example), the top option doesn't seem to select when clicked on. I usually work around this just by sorting the list in a different order and finding the person elsewhere on the list.

I can run FOF7 on my iPad using Microsoft Remote Desktop. It's a free app.
