He was elected in 2003, his wife in 2007, and there was rumors he'd run in 2011, and her in 2015, and they'd keep passing it back and forth. He was very popular, and ended a major financial crisis, but he was very antagonistic and, well, not nice if that's the word, but he was well loved and highly reviewed as President.
