I need an additional license

just built me a new computer and saw this game has an update. I still had my order ID but when i plugged it in I got an error=11.

if i could get an additional license emailed to [email protected] i would be very appreciative.

i just filled out their support form, they helped me figure out my order ID before when i had reinstalled windows so hopefully they come through. i was really lookin forward to playing tonight tho :banghead:

They have usually gotten back to me within 24 to 48-hours.

sgallo, This board is independently run and not affiliated with the developer, though he does read it and post from time to time. Elicense support is generally pretty good, so hopefully they can straighten things out for you soon.

i know that elicense is good because i had to use them to figure out my order ID before, but in the error message it specifically says to contact the vendor. im thinking they might not give out additional licenses

You'd be thinking incorrectly then. This happens to people all the time and the protocol is to get elicense to grant you another license.
