When does FOF auto reset weekly gameplans?

I just let my coaches do this stuff but sometimes when I go in and hit auto, changes are registered. I'm trying to avoid having to go in and auto these on each screen each week.

What's the best way to get this done?

Global Options...Select YES to let the Head Coach set game plan for each week.
