How do I call plays in TCY?

Apologies for asking a dumb question.

Where do I see the section that allows me to call plays in TCY as seen in FOF04?

When I tick the sim button, it zooms fast the scores but doesn't allow me to see my match as normally seen in Bowl Bound.

Been years since I opened the game, but I don't think TCY had a play calling feature.

You can gameplan, but you can't call individual plays in TCY.
