Moving a Team to an other city after start

Is it possible to move a team to an other city after the league has started?
As a commish that is.

Move? No.

Edit? Yes.

So i can only edit the city name to the new name.

In our case we have the Baltimore Colts who will move to Indianapolis. This will delete Baltimore as a city.

You can then go in as commissioner and rename the old Indianapolis to Baltimore and send out the new .fcy file to your league members. Then you have both cities again.
