One Player Universe file?

I know that I have, in the past, generated a new FOF startup league, using some seed file containing only one player's data. The idea is to force the game to populate the whole league full of scrubs, and basically start over. It's a weird deal, but it has certain advantages.

Anyway... I'm pretty sure that I got a file from someone that was something like opu.fdt -- and now (after a computer change or two) I can't find it.

Can anyone either post/send a comparable file, or clue me in on how to create one of my own? I actually have a opu.csv file, but the game clearly wants the .fdt file (or else I'm doing that wrong, as well, fairly likely too).

Never mind... I got it using the Player File Creator tool. Sort of forgot there are/were other things under the Solecismic start menu. Been a while.

Does anyone either have a opu.csv or opu.fdt file that I might procure? I have a new challenge idea, would prefer to play with empty rosters to start. I apparently had one, but cant find it on this computer.
