I have been working with my FOF after years of not even installing it, looking 2 perhaps join a MP league soon. In my SP game im at the start of my first draft, with a team full of 2-4 yr players looking to build in the draft. The thing i dont understand fully (well one of many) is how endurance works. Thanks 4 any help you can give.

Ex... if i have a guy with high bars in what im looking 4, but very low En should i still draft him or find a better guy?

Do you have 2 set the participate % lower in your game plan, and if so is does it go by position or just En lvl?

I know a player perhaps might not play as well just need to understand how bad he will play, and can i make up 4 it in the game plan.

IIRC and someone can correct me...and im sure they will....it works something like this

theres a dice roll every play to see whose in the game every play

player A is set to play 100% of plays and has a 90 endurance rating so he has a 90% of playing on any given play

player B is set to 100% but his endurance is only 60 so on any given play his chance is %60

also if a player with low endurance plays a lot of snaps in a game he will be "tired" for the next game

Thanks 4 the inof I could not find anything usefull with the search

Even if i cant see a guy playing more snaps than his endurance will allow

So why would he be tired 4 the next game

It's more complicated than what strickzilla mentions, but the main thing is that the players with the lowest endurance will still play about half the snaps

So it is a % sliding scale, only END [0-100] corresponds to a 50+ to 100% chance? In some nonlinear way.

That sounds about right
