I've read about this before (I believe it was an offshoot of another discussion) and am having trouble tracking it down.

But, anyone have any experience converting QBs to RBs? Does it tell us anything useful about our QBs?

I have this 2nd-year QB who has 51 scramble frequency. Converted to most positions (WR, CB) he's nothing anymore. But at RB, he has 93 breakaway speed, 100 power inside, 71 speed to the outside plus a couple of lower bars to land at 25/42 overall. Granted this is a MP league so those numbers aren't final or anything, and I don't intend to convert him (he's a first round QB and a big-time masked player).

I just did it for fun and thought, WOAH.

Sounds like Michael Vick to me.

1000 times it will fail.

I have never seen it work but Yoda said he got a switch one time.

I have a QB in NRL that Disturbed checked behind the scenes for me and he would be one of the elite running backs in the league. The problem is he is one of the top 2 qbs in the league.

I have a QB in the USFL who converts to RB at 51/51. No receiving skills whatsoever but really solid running bars.

We had a QB in the FFL about 10 seasons ago that would have converted well, but like the QB in the NRL, he was one of the league's elite QBs. I may dig up an old file, convert him, and see how he pans out.

Seems like there should be more athletic QBs in this league, and maybe have a seperate ath rating? Just don't see conversions to WR as much as you do in real life.
