I have a Dell computer and within the last few days 4 of my 8 USB ports have suddenly stopped recognizing anything I plug in. Oddly enough, the 4 that work were all in use at the time, the 4 that don't were empty.
I've done some searches online. I've updated Windows and went to the Dell website and did a BIOS update. Neither seem to work. I'm trying hard not to call Dell because their customer service can be painful at times.
Anyone else have this happen to them or have any ideas? Thanks.
