So, unless I'm missing something you cannot do a draft in the demo?

The bigger issue I'm having is that it doesn't seem to hold my gameplans. I have Tom Brady as my #1 QB, I set Hoyer at # 2 and Thompkins at #3. Yet Thompkins get most of the snaps !! Hoyer doesn't even play.

Then if I go to the Depth Chart - it's back to what the computer wants rather then what I set. It does this even if I check the 'Lock' boxes.

Am I doing something wrong?

Under the menu called: Global Game Options
Select: Edit Global Options
Where it says: Coach resets depth chart prior to each game -- select "No"

While you're there, oyu may find other settings to tweak to your liking.



As for the overall demo, I think it's a fair assessment that this is more to see if this is (a) a game that your computer will handle, and (b) a style of game (non-graphical, more numeric-based) that you will generally enjoy. Like it nor not, it wasn't really designed as a long-term test drive of evert facet of the game.
